Billing questions
What's the actual difference between Starter, Professional, and Agency?
Only how many sites your license covers — 1, 3, or unlimited. All three unlock the exact same Premium features (Business Type templates, category-based ticketing with auto-priority, WooCommerce packages, Staff Management, custom email templates). Pick based on how many sites you run, not which features you need.
Do you offer refunds?
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial — no card required. Purchases within Freemius's standard refund window are refundable through their checkout.
How many sites does a license cover?
Starter covers 1 site, Professional covers 3, and Agency is unlimited. You can move a license between sites at any time.
How does renewal work?
Monthly and annual plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Lifetime plans are one-time; you own them forever and keep getting updates and support for as long as the plugin is maintained.
Monthly, annual, or lifetime — which should I pick?
Annual is usually the best value for teams that know they'll keep using it. Lifetime is the safest long-term choice. Monthly is fine if you want to try before committing.
Is VAT included?
VAT is calculated at checkout by Freemius, based on your billing country.
