Using this website
getsupportivo.com is provided to inform you about the Supportivo plugin and let you download or purchase it. Don't misuse the site — no scraping, no attempts to disrupt it, no submitting the contact form for anything other than genuine enquiries.
AI chat assistant
The chat bubble on this site is an automated assistant intended for pre-sales questions — pricing, features, licensing, and similar. It answers only from our own published content and will tell you when something needs a person instead of guessing. It isn't a substitute for the Help Center if you're already a customer, and it shouldn't be used to submit abusive, illegal, or unrelated content. See our Privacy Policy for how conversations are (or aren't) stored.
The Free plugin
The Free tier is distributed through WordPress.org under the GPL, same as WordPress itself. Its own license terms govern that copy once installed.
Paid plans
Starter, Professional, and Agency plans are licensed, not sold outright (except lifetime plans, which are a one-time purchase for perpetual use of that version). Every paid tier includes a 30-day trial; checkout, billing, and VAT are handled by our payments processor, Freemius. See Pricing for current terms on renewals and site-license limits.
No warranty
Supportivo is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
