What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you submit yourself, through the contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message. We don't run analytics, ad trackers, or non-essential cookies on this site.
How we use it
Submitting the contact form sends your message to our support mailbox by email so we can reply to you. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Retention
The website itself doesn't store form submissions in a database — each message is only ever sent as an email. That email is kept in our mailbox for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and keep a reasonable support history, and deleted when it's no longer needed.
Third parties
We use an SMTP provider solely to deliver the email generated by the contact form. It doesn't see or store your message beyond what's needed to transmit it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
