What we're building next.
An honest look at what's shipped, what's actively in progress, and what's planned. Nothing here is a promise of a ship date — just where our attention is going.
What's next
WordPress.org submission
The free version is submitted to the WordPress.org Plugin Directory and awaiting review. Once approved, "Download free" links sitewide switch to the real listing.
Real plan-based feature gating
Starter, Professional, and Agency currently unlock identical Premium features and differ only by site-license count. We're planning genuine per-plan feature differentiation in the code itself, not just at checkout.
Live SLA dashboard & overdue alerts
SLA response/resolution deadlines are already calculated and stored per ticket today — what's missing is a visible dashboard showing what's on track, what's overdue, and alerts when a target is about to slip.
Per-category staff permissions
Restrict individual agents to specific categories, so specialists only see tickets relevant to them instead of the full queue.
Developer documentation
A dedicated /docs section covering Supportivo's action and filter hooks, for developers who want to customise behaviour without forking the plugin.
Greek Help Center
A full Greek translation of the Help Center at help.getsupportivo.com, to match the plugin's own built-in Greek interface.
Supportivo Complete bundle
Premium plus the Supportivo Portal theme, sold together. See the bundle details below.
License-gated support portal registration
Only customers with an active Freemius license will be able to register for support and open tickets through Supportivo's own ticketing system — tying access to a verified purchase instead of open registration.
Released
Initial release
Ticketing, file attachments, manual Support Hours, email notifications, client profile, Setup Wizard, and — on Premium — Business Type templates, category-based ticketing with SLA priorities, Staff Management, WooCommerce packages, and custom email templates.
